Reflecting on our Year Together...


Dear Clients,

September 1, 2008. The scent of fresh paint and polyurethane filled a large empty office of but two employees at the far end of my home. Quickbooks displayed a clean ledger alongside a client roster totaling 7 Shluchim. Opportunity knocked and we answered. I vividly remember the sense of pride and accomplishment that day, gratified to have finally reached my destination. Or so I thought. Little did I know it was only a beginning of what was about to unfold.

September 1, 2009. The sound of ringing phones amidst beeping Blackberries and ticking time clocks. The buzz of Kingston Avenue activity beneath our new office competes with the energy and enthusiasm permeating our cubicles. A dynamic team of ten puts their talent and skill to work for 58 Shluchim and mosdos worldwide. It is an awesome responsibility we don’t take lightly, and a great privilege to play an important role in maximizing the effectiveness of your mosad.

It has been 12 wonderful months since we committed to serve, to enhance, and to facilitate. As we reflect on our challenging yet meaningful and joyful first year, we feel a debt of gratitude to our clients, the Shluchim. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for the empowerment. Thank you for the honor of being a part of your holy work and allowing us to share in your success.

In true Chabad spirit, we recognize that our past achievements are only a stepping stone for reaching greater heights. We are actively pursuing new opportunities with the goal of expanding our services to benefit your mosad and enhancing communication between your team and ours utilizing advanced technology systems.
